Adobe Photoshop Touch is now available for iPhone! (Formerly only available on the iPad.) And it looks rad.
It lets you work on and save hi-res images up to 12MP. You also get 2GB of cloud storage and all kinds of editing options like layers, selection, and filter brushes.
